"Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. The hotel looks very organized in all aspects but in the reality does not care guests much from service perspectvie "

C'est un bel appartement, petit mais fort bien aménagé (récemment)avec de multiples équipements pour cuisiner et beaucoup de rangements. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

"As reported by a another traveller there is a very strong smell of heating oil in the apartment. When entering the apartment, the smell is strongest, but after a few minutes we would just get used to it. Initially we thought these were smells from cleaning / detergents, but we realised after a while that this was heating oil smells. We came back yesterday and all our equipment needs to be washed. "This was an excellent location for exploring both the French and Swiss side of the border and the Jura mountains in September.
