"Disappointing - beware. We booked a Double Deluxe room at a very high rate at this hotel and were told at check-in that we were being given a “double upgrade” to a Jr Suite. "A very good adults only holiday resort with friendly helpful staff, 340 rooms in low level buildings set in 4 blocks around the gardens and pool area, all kept immaculately clean and tidy. Large comfortable rooms, en-suite shower and toilet with Wi-Fi, TV and fridge. Kettle, cups and glasses supplied but no tea or coffee. Large bar area with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. "Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!"
