"Very nice hotel. Lots of other hotels and restaurants nearby if you don't like the restaurants in hotel although what I had was good. They have singing but I'm they stop at a good time to allow you to sleep. Zero issues . Clean and comfortable and apparently a famous hotel as people know it when I told I stayed there. I biked here while I was biking around Jeju Island. Good stopping point before finishing the rest of the island."

"I really don't know why one has to pay to enter a swimming pool. For each visit to the pool, you are required to pay 20000 won. Even after you have paid for your stay. Shouldn't it come with the facilities? "

"Fresh air and silent atmosphere. Famous museums are nearby."

"It has nice garden and ocean view but there are only two always emptied restaurants so I needed to go out for dinner or drinks. Regarding amenities, there are only shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. There is not bath towel which is basic item. :("

"Property was beautiful, however the second floor of the room was definitely not adult friendly. There were too many hazards and toilets are not as functional. Having said that, the resort exceeded our expectations in various ways."

"Fire alarm when off every morning and night and we had to evacuate. Two towels for 3 people for 3 nights. Very far from shops so hard to be without a car. "

"Our room hadn’t been cleaned from the previous occupants. Beds un-made and dirty, dirty towels on the floor. The sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t shut so the wind whistled through loudly. Contacted manager who arranged a different room, which wasn’t quite as nice as the room we had “booked” but was fresher. The bathrooms smelt like sewerage after 24hrs and made us feel quite sick. Every 2nd Elevator was broken. What would’ve been a beautiful hotel in its day was now very run down and needed...

"The staff were outstanding; the room was very comfortable, especially the bed and bedding. The location was perfect. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The resort is nice n size for the Penthouse is very comfortable for 8 pax. located in a fairly quiet location so you need own transport to access. We have booked the Penthouse and there’s a foot bath n outdoor bath provided but the heaters is unable to provide sufficient hot water for us to enjoy these facilities "

"We really enjoyed our time at Stay in Jeju Hotel. Beautiful scenery that was pleasant after spending a week in busy Seoul and Busan. The breakfast options were both amazing. Overall, really great experience and highly recommend it to those who want to stay away from busy area and just enjoy a relaxing time while enjoying the view. "
