「This property is underrated! The family and I just loved it. We can see they put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The neighborhood is great too. Took kids for long walks. Was awesome!」

I loved the fact that the kitchen had pretty much everything that we needed (of course we brought our own food). The neighborhood was really quiet. If you’re looking for a quiet place to reset, this is it. I look forward to staying here again.」

「We were visiting friends in Baytown and needed a place to stay. This cottage was perfect, great layout, 2 bathrooms and everything you could need. We left every day after breakfast and came home in the evening/night. The beach is not far away which is really great. You get into the house via a keypad, so you can't lose a key or have a problem with not having enough keys if everyone doesn't want to do the same thing. If I come back to Baytown this will be my first inquiry as to whether it is...

「The house is well arranged for couples and for a family. It worked well as a place to gather. The inside was quite clean and the manager communicated promptly and positively. The street is quintessential Montrose. The porch and front and back yards could use better maintenance but that did not affect the inside.」

「Communication with Sandra was excellent, the place is in great conditions and the availability of coffee was a great thing! 」

「House is perfect location for bars, restaurants, shopping and walking trails. The house was cute and clean. Jessica was very accommodating. If I had one thing I would recommend, it would be to have a bottle of water or two in the fridge. Other than that, would stay here again!」

「Everything basic was good. In particular, the staff (front desk, parking lot, restaurant) were wonderful and made me feel very welcome and it's so confortable! We had a problem with the air conditioner in our room, so I reported it to the front desk and they fixed it right away. The room was very clean, but I would have liked a little more attention to replenishing the amenities. Maybe it's the hectic nature of a large hotel...」
