「We had an amazing stay at the Old Wharf Cottage in Windsor. The home is amazing and a wonderful location. We loved having the pool, bbq and area for croquet. It was easy to get around town with our rental car or Uber. The hosts were great and easy to connect with as needed. This was one of the key highlights of our two weeks in the UK. 「Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Was a bit cramped with a family, but had easy access to Windsor. We utilized the kitchen to cook which was a nice amenity. We also packed light, so the washer was utilized as well. It was advertised that there was a dryer as well, but we could not see a way to dry the clothes and found it was just a washer, not a washer/dryer combo. There were no directions or contact info in the book, which would have been helpful. It was a great stay overall...

「Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.」

「初めてのヨーロッパでした 少しわかりにくい場所でしたが連絡すると私達のいる場所まで迎えに来てくれたのですんなりチェックイン。 ゲートの中のファームなので安全、安心です。 敷地の中だけでも気持ちよく過ごせます。 車で20分ウィンザー城、ロンドン市内も電車で行かれます。 オーナーのお人柄も素晴らしく、楽しい旅の思い出です。最後にレンタカーが故障した時も助けていただきました。 是非又行きたいです。」

「The surroundings were wonderful and the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint is that a hot tub was advertised but was non existent which was a huge misrepresentation by Vrbo on the property details. It was one of the considerations when we booked the property We have requested an explanation from Vrbo but so far nothing is forthcoming (22.5.24)」

「Stayed at Little Trees because we were visiting elderly parents who live nearby. Nice peaceful location. The place was spotless. Everything was provided - towels, shampoo, shower gel, bread, butter, milk etc. couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again. Bed a little low and soft for me but actually slept really well. 」

「キッチン付き、治安がよい、近くにスーパーが2軒(WaitroseとTesco)、ロイヤルアルバートホールに近い、フロントが24時間で親切、コインランドリーがあるなど、滞在にとても良いところでした。 施設はリニューアルはしているものの古い・天井が低い・壁が薄くて隣の声が丸聞こえ(隣の家族連れの子ども達が夜中まで飛び跳ねて騒ぐのが同じ家の中かと思うほど聞こえました)、など難点もあります。 」

「毎年泊まっているリピーターです。総合的に居心地の良いホテルで自由も効くので渡英時には利用することが多いです。 今回はhotels.comのシルバー会員特典で朝食無料の予約でしたが、チェックイン時にホテル側は素泊まりと主張。シルバー会員特典の件を伝え再確認するよう依頼し、最終的には朝食有りと確認され、カードキーのホルダーにも朝食込みと記されたのですが、翌朝朝食に行くと部屋番号が無いといわれ、ここでも確認を依頼。朝食会場が混み合う時間帯だった事もあり、暫くテーブルで放置。こちらから確認取れたか再度尋ねるとやっとレセプションに電話で確認。朝食ありと判明。 スタッフに悪気も嫌も無く、基本的にはフレンドリーなので揉めることはあまりありませんが、自己責任で確認が必要です。 」
