"The room was great with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom as well as a living room. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi did not work and when I tried to bring up this concern, I was disregarded and told that this had not been an issue for any of the other customers, therefore, a solution was not found. Otherwise, the location was ideal and felt very safe, there was always someone at the door to help me call Taxi or let me in and out of the building"

"Location very central. Bit problematic for check in as I arrived by 12ish and were on long haul flight was tired with some layovers . Cleaning was bit issue as standing shower conditions was ok ,shower door was broken .Staff super friendly and very helpful ,met a nice guy apologize forgot his name ,met him by 9 pm . He helped me a lot even buying in my train ticket. Though I was my first day in Morocco but he educated and guided me a lot about city ,attractions and went through by many things...

"We were driving in and we had no problems finding the place. It dif not look like much from the outside but the inside is very nice. We were greeted by Aya who was extremely polite and nice and informative. She showed us the rooms to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Lovely young lady. Loved the hotel it was quiet and very comfortable. Rooftop is fun too and we loved the inside parking. We highly recomment this place as it is very secure."

"The host was super helpful and a chill guy, gave us a tour around casablanca showing us the best spots to go! I'd say the best host I've ever had, providing us with useful information and tips! The appartment itself was nice and modern, with one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in! Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again "

"Due to arrival, I was told to wait inside the the living room while the person cleaned the bedrooms and made the beds the sheets were still dirty from being used for everybody else the terrace had garbage on of it still that was picked up right in front of me are cockroaches in the bedroom and cockroaches on the counter"

"The apartment was very nice. Our host, Abdeslam was terrific! He was so kind and helpful. He had good suggestions of things to see and do. We were unaware of Ramadan and that so many places would be closed until late evening (7pm), especially markets, bakeries and restaurants. But on arrival Abdeslam kindly informed us of the Ramadan traditions. The Hassan Mosque is quite a sight and the Habous market was an experience! "Rabia arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport. Her brother met us at the apartment, showed us around and the following day sorted out wifi for us.There were a couple of unlicensed restaurants within easy walking distance, the food in both was good, as well as a small supermarket nearby. A more expensive, licensed restaurant ( Zimmer ) was about half an hour walk away. Here you can enjoy a very good meal while watching the sun go down beyond the sandy beach. "It was an amazing experince. We spent one night there. The staff was too freindly and helped us regarding the taxi fare and regarding places to watch. You can aslo keep your luggage there for some extra fees there if you are leaving later than your stay at the hotel."
