「プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。」

「湖と山を見渡せる高台にある居心地の良いロッジ。中心街からは10分ほど坂を上らないとならないが、夜には往復とも送迎してくれるので不便は感じなかった。夜は静かで街の灯りから少し離れているので星空がきれいで、朝は湖と山並みの向こうから昇る朝日が素晴らしいです。 スタッフはとても親切です。一度夜遅くに翌日チャルテンへの往復送迎を手配出来ないかと相談したら、朝一にツアー会社に連絡してくれ、送迎車の手配をしてくれました。」

「Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. 「全体的にきれいでおしゃれな感じでした。特に庭が美しく、時間があればウッドデッキでのんびりすごしたいと思いました。 部屋も広く清潔で使いやすかったです。 洗濯機が壊れていたらしくランドリーが利用できなかったのは残念でしたが、街中のクリーニング店を教えてもらい、むしろ安上がりになりました。 冷蔵庫はなく、部屋に持ち込める飲み物は1Fのバーなど、ホテル内で販売されているもののみということでした。」

「真ん中のグレードの部屋を利用しましたが、下記の理由からこのホテルは絶対にオススメしません。 ①不正請求(飲んでいない飲み物代の請求、無料で貸し出しのはずのアダプター代の請求) ※抗議したものの払わないと警察を呼ぶと言われた。 ② 清掃がいい加減(ベッドの中心にハエの死骸、新品のトイレットペーパーに髪の毛が混じっている、バスタブの髪の毛が掃除されていない、タオルが交換されていない) ③施設が全体的に古い(シャワーと蛇口が切り替わらない、シャワーカーテンが体に張り付く) ※ちなみに中国人団体客が1階の部屋を利用しており部屋の中まで厨房の匂いがするとクレームを言っていたが、部屋の変更は不可と言われていた。 ④料理が不味い(朝食の種類も少なく、夕食は論外) We were billed for drinks which we didn't use.
