「Organized, good to stay」

「My husband and I stayed here for our daughters wedding. We were there for a week. Everything was very nice, clean and organized. I wish we had more than the 2 dish towels provided. I use about 4 in my personal kitchen. That would be my my only criticism. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Highly recommend! Loved that it was so close to the wedding venue at Red Rocks Barn! It was close to restaurants and downtown as well.」

「The rental was perfect for two adults. Other than then the renters at the wrong unit at midnight and trying to unlock our door our stay was seamless. I do recommend improving the path to the unit with more lighting and possibly steps.」

The condo had everything we needed and it was great to not worry about parking. It was clean, well stocked and communication with the owner was perfect. We had to ask to stay an additional night due to an emergency. I wasn’t able to request an additional night until late in the evening before our last night- the owners got back to me within 10 minutes and luckily, they did...

The property was perfect for the family! So much space, a lot of seating and table space, close to everything fun, and the owner was amazing to work with. 「Great central location we were within 30 min of anyplace we wanted to go, (and we went to a lot of places) condo was clean and visitor friendly, we didn't stay in the unit very much (sleeping/shower) because we were visiting family and friend's would definitely like to go back to the Springs again and when we do we're going to try and stay here.」
