We stayed for 6 days. The host always responded immediately. The house was clean and fully equipped. The location was perfect and near many sites. There is parking and the area was quiet.

Amazing view!! Clean from viewing overall, however when stripping the sheets hair and stains from other tenants or possibly animals was everywhere in the first bedroom, thank God there was a washer and dryer on site. The first night I spent washing all bedding, which is not something someone wants to do right off the plane … the downstairs visitor was very loud, every word echoed in the above residence. The coffee bar was well stocked, however if you are planning on cooking bring supplies!! Not even a notepad available for planning … water was split on hard wood floor, stained the towel used to clean the water up with, floors are not clean. Overall great location and view

Other than having a little bit of trouble with the door code, this was an exceptional stay! And with one phone call everything was resolved. Location was gorgeous. We had everything that we needed for our short trip.

Check-in was easy. Place was clean & comfortable. It is located in a great spot for visiting Old Colorado City, the Garden of Gods, and Manitou Springs. This was my second time staying here and we will definitely stay there again in the future.

It was very conveniently located to access attractions like Seven Falls, Pikes Peak and really anything on Hwy 24 west of I25. Also, quiet neighborhood. You are on the edge of town. No houses behind you. There is a nice view off the back deck. (See Picture) We ate all our meals on the deck.

Short Stopover
The rental was a good choice for our short stopover. The only issue was the smell of a dead animal. The manager was able to come out the second day and bring us air fresheners. He was very accommodating. It just took a few calls to get assistance.

Perfect for my son and I
Quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Communication was perfect, our check in was very easy. One recommendation, add something so the tub isn’t slippery when showering and a grab bar just outside of the tub would help. Overall it was a great experience.
