  • Enjoy this exclusive condo with 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a furnished kitchen. Relax in the living room with a 55" Smart TV; a Pack N Play is provided for our little guests. Free parking is available, centrally located near popular sites. Safety and nature converge in this quiet neighborhood with nearby hiking trails. Enjoy amenities: in-unit washer/dryer, WiFi, Youtube TV, & dining room. Enjoy our patio with 2 BBQ's. Private access to your condo & no public hallways ensures your safety. Permit #A-STRP-23-0424

    The Space:
    Discover a fully furnished condo with a complete kitchen featuring a full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy entertainment on a large SmartTV with YouTubeTV and DVR movies. WiFi is included.

    The Master Bedroom offers a spacious walk-in closet equipped with a Pack N Play, high chair, and toys for kids. The closet is large enough for an infant to sleep in and is attached to the master bedroom. This non-smoking property provides ample free parking, a bathroom with a full shower and bathtub, and an in-unit Washer & Dryer for private use.

    Safety is paramount in the quiet neighborhood, and outdoor relaxation awaits on the shared patio with 2 BBQs. Situated in a fourplex, your unit on the upper level (9steps) with easy access.     Experience comfort with mini split air conditioners— one in the living room and one in each bedroom. Nestled at 7,500 ft high in dry Colorado Springs, humidity concerns fade away. Our suggestion: stay hydrated, as the altitude at 7,500 ft can be eased with plenty of water.

Great condo!

Loved our stay here! Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the blackout blinds in the bedrooms were a great help for a wonderful night's sleep. The condo was clean and kitchen stocked with dishes, utensils, a great coffee maker and more. We would definitely stay here again when we are next in Colorado Springs.

Dropping off our basic

Stayed for a few days while we dropped our son off at the academy. Had a nice stay here. Great to be able to make meals and run laundry. Enjoyed the walks around the area.

Perfect Home Away From Home

What an amazing place to stay! Thank you to our hosts for making it so warm and welcoming! From the welcome basket of goodies to the all of the little extras, this is the best place we have stayed. They have thought of every detail to make it a wonderful vacation getaway. It's convenient located and outfitted with anything you may want or need. New grandbaby visit

This place worked perfectly for us as a landing place while visiting our new grandson and family. The bathroom is getting close to needing a little updating, but the place was spotless and well furnished/supplied. The personal touches were very appreciated, and made the transition into the place so much easier! Would definitely book this place again.
