「The room was clean. The view was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. That being said the beds are in serious need of replacing. you can feel every spring in the bed it's like there is no stuffing left. you can tell the hotel is old and needs A LOT of updating but for the price it was fine for a few days. We stayed in room 207. At night the parking is also a nightmare but that is to be expected when you are staying right in the middle of the action. There is over flow...

「Great location and beautiful beach! I loved the private balcony that overlooked the beach. Restaurant right next door. There’s also great walking and biking around the property. It was in an area of Panama City Beach that was pretty noisy during the evening, but it was Memorial Day weekend and to be expected. We still slept great. Beds were clean and cozy. We liked having the mini kitchen. When we first arrived, we couldn’t get the air conditioner to work, but the staff brought in a new one...

「My family and I recently stayed at the Palmetto we have no complaints. The property is a bit dated however; the hotel location and direct private beach access was great. I would ask if you could kindly provide more accessible towels at the pool area that would be awesome. I would definitely be back next summer same property. 」
