Very good communication, given the door codes before arriving. Accommodation was excellent, bed was very comfy and shower fab. We used public transport so you need to work out the buses that pass the door unless you don't mind walking. It's about a 25 minute walk to the airport from the property. ...

Visited by chance but fell in love with the gorgeous city. Lots of enchanting Christmas decoration around a church and main square. Great restaurants/shops. Amazing boardwalk. Should see the mosaic art on boardwalk and great pebble/stone beach.
A very lovely place. Clean. Reasonable prices. Great wines.
Since we didn't walk into Santa Cruz town, we can't comment on the city.
