Located on the southern shore of Lake Powell, this town is a great place to book accommodations when planning to see Arizona’s top attractions.

Page is a small city in northern Arizona, known for its proximity to many national parks, canyons and rivers. Participate in hiking, mountain biking and river rafting near the town. Relax with locals enjoying the small-town atmosphere and drive to a famous bend in the Colorado River.

Horseshoe BendOpens in a new window is a U-shaped Colorado River turn, about 6 miles (10 kilometers) from Page Airport. Walk to the bend’s overlook area for outstanding views of the region’s jagged canyons, desert dunes, sandstone landscape and pristine Colorado River water. Book an air tour from Page Airport to see the mighty bend from a light aircraft. Air tours also feature views of Glen Canyon Dam, known for its enormous steel arch bridge.

Lake Powell is perfect for outdoor activities, including boating and swimming. Visit the lake’s Lone Rock Beach for fishing, camping and sunbathing. The lake is also popular for Jet Skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking and power boating. Plan a fishing trip or find a quiet place to admire the lake’s canyon backdrop.

If you’d rather relax in the city, visit some of Page’s charming museums and attractions The Elijah and Claudia Blair Family Collection is a small museum displaying authentic Navajo rugs, jewelry, baskets and pottery. Powell Museum commemorates the life and work of Major John Wesley Powell. The city also contains many venues with live entertainment and classic American cuisine.

Use Page as a base for outdoor activities. From here visit some of the region’s most impressive monuments and national parks. Page is located in Coconino County, Arizona. Fly into Page Airport or drive to the small city from Phoenix or Las Vegas in about 4 hours. The city features a wide range of hotels, motels and self-catered apartments.

Take a short drive from Page to Antelope Canyon, a remarkable slot canyon network with naturally sculpted walls.

It’s very beautiful but this COVID has stopped a lot and I think it’s stupid. Otherwise the place is amazing.

Close to couple famous sightseeing spots, such as horseshoe bend and antelope. During Grand Canyon reopen some areas, we stay here to close to the entrance. It’s 2.5 hrs to Bryce NP and Zion NP.
