Really good location. Car park included which is great if you have your own vehicle but also has a tram and bus stop just outside if you need public transport. Only 5 mins walk across the road to Pacific Fair mall so was very convenient for shopping and dining. Kids enjoyed using the pools with both indoor and outdoor options. Room facilities are OK.

The apartment had everything I needed. Self contained, everything worked. Clean kitchen and bathroom, good communication at friendly reception, lovely view, great location. OK, it's getting a bit dated but so am I. Haha. If you want a couple of suggestions for improvement.... the main TV's getting old, with no YouTube. The toilet is like kids size, could be higher.

Really awesome location, so close to everything especially Coles and Woolworths. We loved our room, it was really spacious and had an awesome view and great wrap-around balcony. Had our own washing machine and dryer which was really handy. There’s no housekeeping unless you’re there for over 8 nights but we just washed and dried our own towels. Would absolutely come again, our kids loved it and how close we were to all the shops. The only downside was (which wasn’t even a big deal though) was that you could smell dog next door but only when we entered our room or come out of the lift. I think the dog living next door would mark their territory by peeing on the side of the door where it lives, but otherwise a great experience.

Loved the pools and locations. The beach is right there! And it was so peacful up in our room (ocean side, 35th floor).

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She received such a lovely welcome, which really made her day and added a personal touch to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. The location was convenient, and every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort. A truly 10/10 experience, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone

Beautiful, spacious 2 bedroom. Clean room but the cutlery wasn’t clean when we got there. Had to wash it all before we used it. After that, the stay as great, no other complaints. KM CANADA🇨🇦
