Always know the bedding will be comfortable and standard of cleanliness acceptable. Just wish there were more kitchen facilities,played,dishes cookware...some complimentary foil and foodwrap would be useful.. Parking is always a bonus ...

We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The location is excellent, with easy parking and a tram stop right nearby, making it convenient to get around. The views over the water were beautiful. The standout feature for us was the food. We had room service one night and dined in a poolside cabana on another day, and on both occasions were extremely impressed with the quality of the meals. We would happily stay here again.

The apartment had everything I needed. Self contained, everything worked. Clean kitchen and bathroom, good communication at friendly reception, lovely view, great location. OK, it's getting a bit dated but so am I. Haha. If you want a couple of suggestions for improvement.... the main TV's getting old, with no YouTube. The toilet is like kids size, could be higher.

Great stay as usual but hopefully they complete the renovation work to make things a bit more convenient. Definitely staying there again when on in the Gold Coast.

Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby.
