Isla Contoy Ski Vacations

I was in the privilege section and our butler barely responded to us while we were there. We had a balcony which we couldn’t fully enjoy because they had a huge pile of sargassum outside of it. Ordering food for room service almost always had missing items. When they cleaned (once during our week stay) our room they didn’t change the sheets so it had sand in it. When we tried to get an uber to the airport the taxi drivers that are with the company the hotel uses started threatening and intimidating our driver until he left. We had to walk quite a ways down the street before trying to find other arrangements.

Best resort. I would come back, just wish it was better entertain. The food was great and the beach area was perfect. 5 stars.

From the staff to the food, this is hands down the best resort in Cancun I’ve ever stayed at.
