They presented us with a surprise gift for the long stay. It was a thoughtful and pleasant gesture. Grateful.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment living. Clean with beautiful views of the ocean. Heated floors even. Easy location with convenience to a grocery store, 7-11 and mall with lots of food places. The AC and refrigerator dispenser options were a little hard to navigate even with Google translator. Tips: there are lots of LCT locations and so you need to be specific about which one. “Apartmento” seems to register with taxi drivers. Or they can figure it out with Google Maps or NAVER maps. Once you check in, you can communicate with them thru WhatsApp. They are very responsive. Almost all the staff know some English so they can help you call a taxi or with whatever you need. Minor things with the room. I wished they stocked some paper towels for the kitchen or a few basic toiletries items, but it is more of “apartment” living rather than a hotel. When checking out, try to go a little earlier than the 11:00 check out as everyone checks out last minute and there is a mad rush at the lobby and difficulty finding a taxi. Overall would definitely come back again and stay even longer.

I visited Haeundae Beach with my family. It is the best place to go with a young son. The beach is a one-minute walk away, and the accommodation offers a beach view. The two rooms are spacious, and check-in was easy. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful and spacious property with an amazing ocean view. We arrived close to midnight due to our flight delay and they were accommodating. It’s right on the haeundae beach and minutes to blueline beach train and skyline capsule. There are many restaurants and cafes at walking distance as well as in the LCT building. Club d’Oasis and Sky x tower are also in the same building. If you’re taking Uber, instead of inputting the hotel name, put LCT the residence for the uber driver to locate you easily. We hope to return to this hotel again in the future.

For the price you pay it’s certainly not a bad hotel. The rooms are large and amenities are great with friendly staff. However, the cleanliness is questionable as a lot of stains on walls, floors, windows and partitions. Better cleaners should be utilised to ensure cleanliness of rooms

This hotel offers a fantastic location, with great restaurants and the famous Jagalchi fish market within walking distance. The in-house pool was a hit with our kids, and the big movie screen provided excellent entertainment. The host's thoughtful amenities enhanced our comfort. What truly stood out was the host's prompt and considerate responses to our needs. Their attentiveness greatly contributed to our positive experience. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The combination of convenient location, family-friendly facilities, and exceptional host service made for a memorable visit.

Amazing property, room was very spacious!

The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order).

Easy walking distance to subway, shopping mall and markets. A little quiet at night in the immediate surroundings. Lovely views from room and rooftop. Convenient having free washer and dryer in the basement as not many ppl seem to use it. Rooms were not big but sufficient.

Staff were very friendly and the room was spotless. The location is excellent, with a subway station right next door and plenty of great cafés nearby. Everything felt very clean and well-maintained.

The location of the hotel was in the middle of everything happening from night life to shopping with a lot of food options from street food to sit-down, close to a lot of shopping from Lotte department store to smaller shops. Also, it was central to all the medical spa and cosmetic surgery facilities. We were a bit skeptical when we arrived because the hotel is located above a bowling alley and the first floor is open to anyone on the street, but it still felt safe because those without a hotel key wouldn't be able to get to the hotel room floors. I liked that my room was cleaned daily but no amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste, comb, etc. beyond towels and two bottles of water. However, their laundry machines worked very well. Even though they only had 3 washers and 3 dryers, it worked out and cleaned/dried my laundry so I can continue on my journey to Japan after visiting Busan. The staff were fine not as friendly as people in Seoul and the English speaking staff were limited. One down side was that I didn't like that we had to put a cash deposit to use their hotel umbrellas on a rainy day. All hotels I've stayed at offered umbrellas for free when it rains...so this is something to reconsider to improve their customer service. Overall, the hotel stay was good and I would recommend for first timers visiting Busan who want to be in the heart of night life, food, and shopping, and I liked the hotel's clean and large size rooms.
