My stay at the resort had both pros and cons. One major advantage is that all pools are open 24 hours. Even without a swim-up suite, you can enjoy the pools late at night. The lobby bar is open until 6:00 a.m., making it a great place to have drinks and meet new people. Guests can use all amenities immediately after check-in, and the concierge staff was friendly and helpful with dinner reservations. The Friday Mexican Fiesta, beginning at 6:00 p.m., was one of the best Mexican shows I have seen. Room service is also available 24 hours, which is convenient if you prefer to stay in your room. Unfortunately, there was no entertainment after 11:00 p.m. At that point, your only choices were to return to your room or leave the resort. The seaweed was also a major disappointment. The smell was overwhelming as soon as I stepped outside my room, and the beach was not cleaned enough for guests to enjoy it. I was unable to visit the beach during my entire week-long stay. I would rate the food 7/10. After 6:00 p.m., you must reserve a restaurant because there is no dinner buffet. Without a reservation, room service is your only option. Overall, the staff was friendly, but the seaweed, limited dinner options, and lack of late-night entertainment affected my experience. This resort is fantastic! Not only is it clean, it’s so much fun. The entire staff - from start to finish - were top notch. It doesn’t matter if you pass a housekeeper in the hallway, talk with the folks at the front desk, chat with your bartender, or just pass someone along the way, the entire staff is so friendly. A huge shoutout to SERGIO and ANDREA at the front desk! They were and are INCREDIBLE people and have excellent customer service care. Another shoutout to all of the daytime pool bartenders and nighttime bartenders when the shows are going on. Playmakers: y’all are a lot of fun; thanks for keeping the party going (as well as the nighttime performers). Hands down, a great experience. If you want something fun, stay here!

Garza Blanca Cancun exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything felt luxurious, beautiful, and incredibly well taken care of. The resort itself is absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views. The pools are amazing, the beach is beautiful, and the entire property has such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. What truly made my stay special was the service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had an unforgettable vacation. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. The food was also fantastic, with so many great restaurants and options to choose from. I loved being able to enjoy different cuisines without leaving the resort. This was exactly the kind of vacation I needed—beautiful surroundings, amazing food, incredible service, and complete relaxation. Garza Blanca Cancun is definitely one of the best resorts I have stayed at, and I would absolutely come back!
