Great staff, beautiful hotel

New hotel, good restaurants, lots of pools and staff was great.

The food and restaurants are outstanding. The hosts are genuinely caring, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. There are outdoor grill stations every day, and the meals are not only delicious but also feel fresh and healthy. The swimming pools are beautiful, plentiful, and exceptionally clean. Overall, this truly is a great place to stay. That said, our experience at reception was disappointing. We were initially assigned a room that we did not book ,the worst room on the ground floor,described as a “garden view,” which it clearly was not. We had to spend one night there before finally being moved to the room we had paid for. During this time, we were told no other rooms were available, even though multiple rooms were clearly available on booking websites. Aside from this issue, the atmosphere among guests is wonderful. Everyone seems calm, respectful, and pleasant to be around, which adds to the overall experience.

New Hotel well maintained, Service was so-so , they seemed to be overwhelmed. Stayed for NYE. Staff was friendly. The tipping seemed to be excessive for a all inclusive. Food concepts was really good but the execution was average. Good Property but they have to work on the details and improve the overall experience. For the right price it could be a good value.

Clean and beautiful room, staff was great, overall clean hotel. The restaurant onsite was good. The beach was nice. Overall great place to stay

We loved our stay since the moment we arrived, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and such a great design. The staff, especially Kat and Steph were amazing and welcoming us like old friends. Cleaning crew put cute birthday decorations as a surprise. The beach club staff super quick and friendly. Great location with the walks to each of the opposite sides of the beach. We had all the places accessible to us by walking on the beach. Had a great time celebrating Delek’s Bday weekend with sick music and great people which was one of the highlights of our stay. I do have to say, they send out a note that it’s a loud location and there will be noise. Unfortunately, I underestimated it because the noise from all of the restaurants, hotels around was insane. Till 2am we had a sound party in our room every night. But we still had such a good time, even the noise didn’t ruin our stay, we just stayed up longer and slept in the morning. Note to the staff, please fix a hole in the roof as it was dripping when it rained and got onto our clothes and suitcase. Thanks for having us and we will definitely be back hopefully sooner than later.

This place was amazing! The staff are next level (Milo, Jose, Mario, Luis and Leo) knew our names and likes and dislikes within hours. The food and drinks were also amazing. I’d come back in a heartbeat!
