Hotel is nice, needs to be updated but overall ok. Restaurants need to offer better deals for hotel guests.

I absolutely LOVED this pool villa. It was the perfect size and layout. The heated pool (heated to perfect comfortable 82*F) and the hot tub were a nice touch. I am looking for my next visit. Lots of things to do nearby- aquarium, beach, Starbucks, ice cream, grocery. Some suggestions for upgrades and to be comparable to other villas in the area would be to provide a grill, pool towels, floats and pool loungers (to fit in the pool tanning ledge). 😍

Nice hotel in a good location

Pros: rooms are great (we stayed in the condo) - huge apartment, washing machine, small equipped kitchen. No complaints about the room at all! Lunch options: decent takeaway at the deli! Reasonably priced and tasty! Cons: - Pools: there are only 2 at the property. Pools are great, but honestly quite small for the number of guests at the resort. There were a lot of screaming and splashing children, which is fine, just would have been great to have an adults only pool option. - Beach: the beach is shocking to get to. I thought other reviews seemed dramatic, but it is over a busy road, the path is super unclear and the ‘beach house’ was almost impossible to find. Honestly not sure how people headed across with small children! - Restaurant: the BBQ restaurant in the hotel was pretty bad. Food was poor quality, mountains of dirty dishes were everywhere. Nowhere near good enough at a 5-star hotel and given the price point!

Let me start off by saying that this hotel is some complicated and maybe that is the nature of a resort style hotel but there's a lot of do's and don'ts. Very complicated, with lots of stuff to remember. With that being said let me say this hotel is plush with a touch of opulence if that is what you are looking for. They seem to cater to a wide range of budgets and family types. This hotel is family/kid friendly with multiplie swimming pools, a slide and fountain. But it's also caters to adults without kids having an adult dedicated swimming area in the VIP sections and a lounge where kids are not allowed after 5. Even a restaurant where no kids are allowed period. The property is somewhat sprawling and a little complicated to understand until you've been here for a few days then you get your bearings. The staff is very very attentive. Have you heard of the stories of the cleanliness of Japan? Yes it is all true. You don't have to worry about sanitation and cleanliness, it is prevalent wherever you go and this hotel was clean from top to bottom. Rooms are spacious and have quite a bit of amenities within them. I would take a guess as to say 70% of the rooms have an ocean view of some sort. The concierge works hard to make your wishes come true. There are multiple dining options including two buffets with one of them being for executive lounge guest. This hotel overall is a bit on the pricey side but if you are not impressed then a true resort style vacation is not for you.

Our suite offered breathtaking ocean views, a serene private balcony, and thoughtful amenities that exceeded expectations, including plush bedding, luxury bath products, and state-of-the-art technology. What truly set this resort apart was the service. Every team member we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and proactive. Whether it was arranging transportation (including a shuttle from Naha), our dining, taxis, or simply greeting us each time we saw them, the hospitality was unmatched. The amenities were equally impressive. The resort boasts a serene infinity pool overlooking the coast, a world-class spa with traditional Japanese treatments, and several outstanding restaurants featuring locally sourced ingredients and impeccable presentation. Every meal was a culinary highlight. I would highly recommend this resort and can't wait to go back to Okinawa so we can stay here again.

It was just really good overall

We stayed for our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
