Great staff who very friendly i wish rooms would have been bigger

This property is a hidden gem! The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. It was raining out and they accompanied each member in our group with an umbrella to our van. The rooms were very clean. The rooftop bar was the perfect vibe with superb drinks, delicious food, along with a phenomenal view. There is an infinity pool as well. The spa was very relaxing and professional. 1.5 hour massage for USD35. Finally it is a great location in old city. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Hanoi House for drinks.

I had a wonderful stay at The Legend of Hanoi in Vietnam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location that made it easy to explore the city. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The room was well-kept, relaxing, and a perfect place to rest after busy days in Hanoi. I truly appreciated the hospitality and warm service throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would happily stay here again.

We love how accommodating the people in the hotel. They helped us a lot starting with the airport pickup, their recommendations for food, and they even assist you with tours. The room is clean and very cozy

Very nice room, comfortable bed. Multiple pillows, something not seen in Vietnam in my other stays, and important for sleep comfort for my old bones. Breakfast buffet was quite good.

Fantastic experience. Well organised cruise. Rooms are very spacious, comfy and quiet. I think the 2 night option is worth it given the itinerary. Staff very all incredibly helpful especially Jackie and Jay!

In the old quarter of Hanoi, small room, but very quiet and clean, close to every interesting places. The staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours, checking in and out. I will stay here again next time.
