Wrangel Island Ski Vacations

I have no clue what the other rooms in the Strat are like but this room was definitely nothing to rave about. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The mattress was hard and had lumps in it. We stayed 4 days and the room was only cleaned once the entire stay. This the first hotel that I have stayed in and the iron was chained to the ironing board which made ironing VERY difficult. I was shocked that I received the additional towels that I requested timely. We had dinner at the McCall's restaurant the waiter was very good however the ribs were super dry or either old. I am not sure but I was able to send them back and request something else. The best things about the hotel is the location as the IHOP and Denny's were a short walk down the street. Also the Deuce stop is right in front which was great. Overall I will not choose this hotel again

Employees are slack because managers are slack. Most of the staff are fine. Housekeeping and phone service are terrible, inefficient, and directly affect guests' mood。The front desk was great 👍, but the manager was indifferent and seemed completely nonchalant.

Great prices, awesome staff and beautiful rooms

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't very cold, and the TV had the auto brightness feature turned on (which you can't change), so the picture was very dim with the lights turned off, which was quite annoying. Overall, it was a good experience.

Poorly staffed, over charged on valet. Was never able to get a hold of front desk from the room.

Loved how attentive the staff was and the rooms had a great view of the strip.

Conveniently located, staff very friendly and customer service oriented, breakfast buffet very assorted and fresh. Definitely will come back. Recommended hotel
