We had a great stay. The shuttle drivers are super nice.

The room was good we had a king executive suite. Nice living area. Room was clean. I wish the bar in the skywalk was open on Sunday, it was packed after the festival and the poor understaffed bar at Jockey Silks in the east tower was struggling. Tried to order room service for over an hour no one ever answered and hotel operator said they would alert them and they would call us but never did. Valet tried to charge me $250 on my statement even though we arrived in an Uber and had no car and told that to the attendant upon arrival. A little annoying having to walk to the other building for food. The Down One bar had 2 PEOPLE working their lunch shift on Friday they deserve a raise as people were repeatedly walking out on them. Location is great but I may choose a different hotel next year for the festival.

The rooms are nice, with very high ceilings, making them bright and open. The breakfast was very good, but the unyielding shut-off of breakfast time was off-putting at best and quite wasteful with full trays of buffet food made inaccessible immediately as the breakfast timeframe closed. The spirit Shirley is not reasonably staffed or scheduled to be reliable and helpful. The wait and communication on the arrival was very frustrating and the shuttle was full for the departure, so not usable. If a very large hotel is offering airport Shirley service, it needs to accommodate its guests with more efficiency.
