This was a fabulous boutique hotel. We will definitely be going back and recommending it to our friends. We loved everything about it, the location, the food, the friendly staff, and the big room with two bathrooms.

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff

The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a good sign. Hotel was quiet, especially at night. I also liked the free apples on the counter for guests.

The room heat is not good system.The breakfast room too small. when you get in you wait on line and need signed paper. This is a very old system's and waste paper and make hand dirty.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

Very well located. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. They even remembered our names. The room service was prompt. A pleasure to stay in a hotel like this

I booked this place because of high review score and positive reviews, the staff are all VERY nice, hotel is in a perfect location. BUT, I didn’t realize this was more of a converted house than a hotel. You are given an actual key on a keychain for door entry. This could be a problem if multiple people need access to the room at different times, and its not as small/convenient as a key card. The walls are THIN! Some guests on the floor above us were loud, stomping, and doing acrobatics late at night and early in the morning. It was loud enough to keep you awake and/or wake you up. I actually complained and felt a little brushed off when the lady at the front desk told me the building is old, floor is thin, and tried to convince me the guests weren’t doing extra. Just then another couple came down and reiterated the exact same story I gave. Overall it was a nice stay, but personally, I would stay somewhere with more of an upscale hotel vibe next time. Especially for the cost.

This small hotel is not only charming, but perfectly situated in old town, very clean and has a delightful staff.

This quaint boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. Too many little touches to mention but I feel they have thought of everything to make a stay so enjoyable. A big thank you to front desk staff Sigi and Alejandro.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is not the place to stay if you can’t sleep through a party outside. The laughing and singing didn’t stop until 5am. I was entertained but if I had wanted silence this was absolutely the wrong hotel

Room was decent, and staff was nice. Area is right in the heart of the old town. Walkable to historical attractions, churches, cathedrals, museums, shopping areas, restaurants, Christmas markets, etc.
