Staff all very polite and pleasant. Room was clean with an amazing view of the Hollywood sign. A short walk to see the stars on the Walk of Fame. Would definitely stay again!

The overall stay was nice! Really enjoyed the restaurants and how close it is to all the Hollywood tours.
I will say for the price of the stay, the hotel room itself is a bit disappointing, the bathrooms are very small and the towels, blankets and pillows could definitely be improved.
I definitely enjoyed the stay and may book again in the future.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
