I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to provide some constructive feedback. Issues: The cleaning in my room was inadequate, and the bathroom wall appeared to be falling apart. There was a musty smell in the room, which was quite unpleasant and required me to wash my clothes three times to eliminate the odor. Positives: The staff was wonderful and helpful. The food was amazing. The area around the hotel is fantastic. I hope this feedback helps improve the stay for future guests.

We stayed at the Fantasia section of the Bahia Principe. There were pros and cons. Pros: The water park was excellent for the kids. The beach was very nice: you could walk for a long time. Food was decent. Resort was well maintained Cons: If Spanish isnt your first language, it felt as though you got treated poorly. The floor around the pool was incredibly slippery; its hazardous and a lawsuit waiting to happen. The drinks from one bar to the next are inconsistent.
