Primero la ubicación es horrible, nos costó mucho llegar, cuando logramos llegar el encargado no nos acepto la reserva porque el precio dique no era el correcto, nos trato mal y nos cancelo la reservación

Minha estadia foi curta, então não tenho muito do que reclamar. A localização é boa em El Cortecito. Porém, não há identificação no imóvel, é difícil encontrá-lo. Só identifiquei pela foto do Hotéis.com. Mas se fosse à noite seria impossível. Tive que subir muitas escadas até encontrar alguém que é informasse onde era o Hostel, no quarto andar. Na verdade não é um hostel. O proprietário aluga camas em seu apartamento para os hóspedes. A cozinha é bem equipada. Mas eu dormi num colchão no chão, em vez de cama ou beliche. Não há locker.

Cold shower, no shower supplies. Bathroom smells. No staff speaks English. I could not take a shower after a socking hot day.

no lo recomiendo

el acceso es rapido porque esta cerca de la parada de bus, ahora bien la habitacion no tenia el aire acondicionado en buena condicion la primera noche, no dan toallas a menos que dejes un deposito de 20$ USD, el sitio estaba poco limpio, el baño era privado pero no tenia limpieza, la tapa de la poceta desprendida y con olor a orine, la ducha oxidada, y falta de limpieza, no hay agua caliente, y algunas cucarachas se pudieron ver en la ducha...

Al llegar al hostel me dijeron q hubo un error y q no tenían habitaciones disponibles, le comente que yo ya había pagado y tenía q respetar la reservación Muy poco cortez me dijo q no podía hacer nada y q tenía q hablar yo a expedía para q me devolvieran mi dinero y q no podía hacer nada más

Worst hotel ever

They change blankets every 4-5 days my blanket had a blood stain on it the pillows had covers and tge covers were dirty then i checked the actual pillow it was yellow of being never washed and after my night of stay i checked out and the maid just fix the bed and left the same blanket with blood in it and you have to share a restroom with all the people staying there only one restroom its just nasty worst experience ever they should close that place someone could get some kind of desease since they never wash their blankets and restroom please dont come here no money is worth it

Como ya les hemos comentado fue lo peor cuando llegamos al hotel no es lo que muestran en las fotografías es una estafa deberían quitarlo de la página ya que les quita credibilidad

una estafa y una oferta engañosa

Horrible una estafa cuando uno llega el hotel no es el que aparece en las fotos queremos nuestro dinero de vuelta no nos pudimos quedar ahí la cocina y los baños eran compartidos. The place is not good, totally different

The place is not a Hotel, is a an apartment that who ever own it, rent rooms and they are dirty, people share the living room, the refirgerator, the stove to cook, only one old fashion TV for everybody, no food and the restaurants too far away, very dangerous to out at night time, the beach 20-25 minutes away After we saw all this terrible conditions, The same day, my wife and me, We moved to other safety place !!! De vacaciones por Punta Cana

La sede ubicada en Punta Cana es Buena, sin embargo, falta organización. La sede en Santo Domingo es Mala. No cumple con las condiciones mínimas para hospedar a nadie. Febrero 2015.

Punta Cana Hostel STAY AWAY !

I booked this hotel called Punta Cana Hostel with Hotels.com everything was fine till the Punta Cana Hostel Hotel E-mailed me to cancelled my stay at the last minute witch they overbooked. So now Hotels.com went well out of there way and found me a place to stay that was great I want to thank hotels.com for doing a great job!

Al llegar al sitio, nos informaron que no habia disponibilidad, no me molesto tanto al ver las condiciones de apartamento, nos ofrecieron una habitacion compartida con extraños, las fotos no se asemejan a la realidad. agradezco la cancelacion de esta reserva porque no me hospede alli. gracias
