朝食は無料ではなくオーダー制でしたが美味しかったです。客室や設備はとても清潔でした。

What a wonderful stay. Hotel had everything you could want. Will definitely stay here whenever I am in Atlanta. Convenient, clean, helpful friendly staff and an amazing pool! Definitely stay here you will not be disappointed.

Not giving a lower rating because I really enjoyed my experience for the most part!! but the front desk agents on Sunday night (08/30/26 around 8:30) were not friendly or welcoming in any way and completely oblivious to the policies on club level access for suite members - treated me poorly because I was not some high level Marriott member. They genuinely acted as if I was speaking some foreign language. Nonetheless I was granted access after having to convince them this was true by pulling up the information on their own website. They didn’t even bother or offer to look into it themselves and showed no customer service in any way. I had to pull it up on my phone, and I could have been lying for all they cared. But they didn’t care whatsoever. And then there’s the Reggie’s of the world. Reggie took such great care of me when we checked in and he was an excellent ambassador of the hotel. He deserves a raise. He helped us get our early check in expedited and treated us to some beverages for having to wait, even though we were early! Great first impression of the hotel so the later experience that evening left a sour taste in my mouth. Beautiful suite with a nice view of Lenox Mall and a distant Atlanta skyline. The club access is such a great bonus for booking these rooms. Even though it is not automatically accessible and the front desk has not a clue. Mini bar and fridge were not fully stocked so I was worried I would get charged for something a previous guest took.
