The room was cold and it took a while to warm up. The breakfast snacks were cold and insufficient. Other than that, the amenities were good.
I do want to call you attention to an issue where I was charged $18.98 for tea, although I requested hot water for tea. I received a teapot with hot water, a teacup and saucer. That's it. Is that the going rate for hot water.
One last issue was during checkout; I requested a receipt for my room. I was told that because the room was reserved via Expedia, Expedia will issue the receipt. So I left with no receipt; however, I received a receipt in my email from Hotel Bonparte today. Go figure.
