ハイアトラスでのスキー旅行

Notre séjour d'1 nuit s'est globalement bien passée. En revenant l'adresse du logement n'est pas précise et rend l'accès au logement très compliqué via waze ou Google map. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. En revanche il serait utile d'équiper la seconde chambre d'un système de climatisation comme dans les autres pièces. Le point négatif : il n y avait pas de gel douche, les boîtes étaient vides, certainement un oubli ou une négligence.

J’ai eu un séjour incroyable dans ce resort. L’accueil des employés est chaleureux, les activités sont très bien organisées, la piscine est magnifique et la nourriture excellente. Le spectacle du soir était également mémorable! Les vues sont tout simplement à couper le souffle. J’ai eu la chance de faire une balade à dos de dromadaire au coucher du soleil ainsi qu’une sortie en quad le matin : deux expériences mémorables! J’ai également beaucoup apprécié Youssef et Zakaria, qui ont été particulièrement accueillants, sympathiques et attentionnés tout au long du séjour. Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Vraiment un superbe séjour que je recommande sans hésiter!

I stayed here for 4 nights. I had had an upset stomach in the Sahara Desert and had to cancel the tour transfer for the next morning. Then, a staff member came to my room, took me to the pharmacy, and helped me buy medicine. Idriss and all the staff took care of my health and were very kind. Also, even after I recovered, l could reserve new tour here, and after returning from the tour, he picked me up , as it was located in a complicated area of ​​the medina, so I got lost. Even when there was no hot water for the shower, they responded immediately. Although it was far from the center of Medina, it was a very friendly and comfortable accommodation. It was great to be able to experience the good hammam and massage at the Riad.

Très bien accueillie rien a dire de bon conseil des petits déjeuners incroyable les dames de ménage très gentille la piscine très bien aussi. Des activités a faire pour tt les goût incroyable. Le dîner propose au riad une excellente on n'avait pris un boeuf au pruneaux une tuerie merci encore a tous le personnel bienveillant

Un hebergement très moyen, chambres sales, prix du restaurant excessif.
