Yes it was great experience for checking in

It’s kinda dirty, the elevator floor is so sticky that you think maybe they didn’t clean the floor, they need to add more lights since everything is too dark

The room was in mint condition..

The room was VERY clean but just Meh....but the bathroom was AMAZING!!! We were able to eat and shop for most of the trip with out ever going outside.

I think the DOM needs a little bit of an update, the rooms look like they are getting some real wear and tear unfortunately. In addition the bar is not staffed and the lighting is really bright and uncomfortable. There was a American guest who was loudly on Zoom calls multiple evenings which wasn't courteous and rude to all the other guests. I am sure it was great for him to have the entire bar to himself to have his work calls but I think the staff should have said something to him as it was extremely discourteous and rude.

Everything was perfect. Thank you Giorgio and everyone at Hassler Roma for a memorable experience.

Got a suite and had to pay extra for wedding

Staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant. Turndown service way too late, though—9:45 might catch some guests sleeping.
