For the money I paid along with surcharges there should be two water bottles given to the guests for each room. Depending on how manyadults are staying in the room There should be microwaves in the rooms too.

Room was clean, shower was a bit confusing to turn on (maintenance man also had an issue turning it on but was finally able to figure it out). Plenty of space in the room. Lobby bar had great drinks, and the decor in the lobby was pretty cool

Great place, highly recommend. Tons of space. Biggest downfall is not well insulated between floors

The room was nice and clean. The view was not good (I only saw other hotel room). Some staff were great other staff were not helpful (we had three suitcases and no one bothered to ask if my spouse or I needed help). The food was good and the location is wonderful as it is walking distance from many shops and restaurants and right near the French Quarters. The hotel itself is so beautiful and the Christmas decorations was splendid. They even had a long line for people who just wanted to view the decorations which was a bit surprising.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Pension New Orleans. The property was clean, safe and well maintained. I loved the eclectic decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to NOLA.

The place was so spacious, clean and accommodating. There is a nice grocery store directly across the street. Walking distance to everything from the Superdome (about 5 min.) to Bourbon Street (less than 20 min.). Staff was helpful and prompt in responding, they really went above and beyond (Cassidy in particular). 10 out of 10.
