I have stayed in Kauai many times. This was the best place I’ve stayed. It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I also love the fact you could use the gym across the street. I will definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall complex

Choose other resorts. The amenities for this resort are not worth the money. There is only one restaurant and its not open all the time. The beach is 1/2 mile walk. The beach is not just for this property but for many others. Staff is very friendly, but not much they can do about the issues.

Expectational Customer Care!
Due to Hurricane Lala and cancelled flights, we were unable to make our reservation. Notwithstanding that the booking was non-cancellable, we contacted the hotel to enquire about a refund in the exceptional circumstances. We received an immediate positive response and they and Expedia have now processed the refund. MAHOLA
