Location adjacent to S Marks Square, good front desk service, bag storage service at no cost, breakfast good variety self-service, room a little tired but everything worked, shower over small bath, good air-con, a little noisy some nights from adjacent canal bridge and other quests accessing adjacent rooms at 01:30. Generally good.

Many accommodations in the city center were low rated, overpriced, and some didn’t seem to exist. This was by far the best priced for a place of quality. It is a legit hotel with great service, clean rooms, and a great location in the quieter parts of Venice away from the loud tourism with great food nearby as well as easy access water transportation. The breakfast is worth it as well, it is a huge buffet and is actually open for most of the morning compared to most hotels that stop serving around 8am. This one was open from 7:30-10:30! 12pm checkout is also one of the nicest checkout times for a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I would stay here again if I come back to Venice without a doubt.

Convenient location near train station

No air conditioning! So hot! The room never cooled off. Couldn’t keep windows open due to risk of birds getting in the room. Lowest bed I’ve ever experienced. Staff was great. Water taxi pickup on checkout day was great! Private transportation services can’t use their dock, only companies the hotel arranges. Breakfast hours started late for tourist with early tours.

The hotel is very close to San Marco square with easy access to vaparetto, water taxi, and tour of the basilica and palace. The mattresses and bedding should be upgraded.
