No issues with internet services. The room was bigger in size than expected. A few marks and paint chips could use a little refresh.

Wow, I stayed at the property for a conference but I can’t wait to go back for personal travel. Absolutely beautiful and so luxurious.

Caesar's Place is a beautiful resort. Very clean with a friendly staff. My only complaint is the Resort Fee. I was emailed about it from the beginning, but after booking on Expedia I don't think it's a fair charge. I paid once, planned my trip, now I have to pay again.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Riu for anyone looking to enjoy the energy of Times Square while experiencing top-notch hospitality. I would definitely stay there again during my next trip to NYC!
