Clean rooms, nice staff, and plenty of breakfast options.

No hot tub, no bath. Room was nice, walls are thin and hear everything. Staff was great! The bed was great (king). The place was clean. No airport shuttle. Place has been updated and is pretty nice, though there are nicer places out there it seems a good value.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location for easily catching a lift or meeting a tour. The surrounding area has a ton of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. It was also quiet. Couldnt hear any of our neighbors.

Good location and nice design concept. Rooms are large, nicely furnished and clean. Price for my stay was very good, but it came with some compromises that I wouldn’t make again. My room had an hvac so loud it was like having a generator hidden in the walls all night. And complimentary breakfast is actually a $22 gift certificate to purchase something from the makeshift cafe set up at the lobby bar. Food comes in plastic packaging and is warmed up in a microwave convection oven. My breakfast croissant was cold in the middle and the espresso machine was busted so I had the “lobby coffee” which was truly terrible in a city that does coffee well. Hotel prices plus tax and service charges means a muffin and croissant cost more than the value of the complimentary breakfast. I gave up after one day and ate out. I travel for work and I’d pay for a decent breakfast. Why do this?

I’ve stayed here many times previously. Great location but the hotel is looking a little run down Front desk staff seems short handed. Lots of waiting around Restaurant remains quite nice

Easy Check in, Staff was very helpful answering my questions. Room was as described. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel location is perfect, really close to Union square, lots a places to eat. Parking your car there over night for $71 is a bit too much, luckily we didn't have a car to park. Overall we'll stay here again anytime
