We had a great stay. The place was very well kept, clean and comfy. It was a short walk to many sites. The rooftop patio was a definite added bonus. We didn’t use the parking but the instructions were very clear on how to if you needed. It would’ve been nice to have some added amenities like dish soap and dish cloths but other than that, it really had everything we needed. The neighbourhood felt safe and it was quite clean compared to other areas we walked through. The host are very quick at returning messages isn’t answering questions we had. They were very accommodating and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

Outstanding boutique hotel with an excellent location.

The staff here are really nice. There are added expenses and parking at check-in. This is DTLA, so I wasn't surprised. The kitchen is nice and having laundry is worth it on those long stays. There were some minor repairs noticed at the property, but nothing major. If you have a family I would recommend staying here.

The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

Everything was excellent except two things. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the elevator was so full on the way down. Every time it stopped to get us there was no room. After 4 attempts at this we just had to take the stairs down. So my advice is get a high floor. Also to use the electric in the room you have to plug in your room key right on the wall once you walk in. The front desk lady didn’t tell us this. Took a while to figure out.

This hotel & room is very clean, quiet, staff courteous, working amenties with no issue, self parking $12 per day & you pay when you check in., so you have 2cseparate charges the hotel deposit & parking fee
