Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water.
However great location to both old and new town.

Kamal at the front desk and the other gentleman are amazing and very helpful ! Also the restaurent staff were super nice ! I think Abdulatif and another guy. The only downside is the hotel is very quite, limited dining / food options and transportation!
