The hotel has a real problem with the elevators. I ran a manufacturing company for 35 years; this kind issue would have had me, the CEO on the phone with elevator company and onsite until it was fixed.
The guests of the hotel quit making jokes, and the house cleaning staff were embarrsed.

It was a bit dated but in a good location. Some good ethnic food locally. The staff were very nice. The location made transportation to the cruise ports very easy and fast. We’d definitely stay again.
