Love this hotel but I was disappointed to arrive late at night and be told “valet isn’t here tonight” and just be told to pay to self park. I would have picked a different hotel if I knew I was going to have to self park late at night in downtown Phoenix. The hotel is nice but valet parking should be advertised as “only sometimes” if that’s the case.

Loved the pool and rock views. Only problem I had was I booked on Expedia and got charged twice upon check in. Had to wait 24 hours before I got my money back… otherwise good stay and good location.
