Great fun course to play on. The resort itself was nice. I hadn’t realized it was resort that’s been around for a while and changed hands along the way, including the Marriott group. This iteration is nicely done and the view of the camelback mountain is surreal. I was disappointed, however, with the customer service. Starting from check-in to our experience at the bar on the first night where one of the servers was a bit unkind and what my brother perceived as a little ignorant/bigoted. All in all, great resort. Would recommend management spend some time investing in staff training.

The room was spacious, but very dated. Even the texture on the walls was 1970's. The bed needs a replacement. The cabinets in the bathroom are scratched and need sanding and painting at the very least. The staff not friendly and inviting, not necessarily rude but off-putting. Check-out is too early. I think it was one of the nicer resorts back in the late 80's early nineties. But it needs a lot of remodeling now.

Resort food/drinks were pricy but nothing crazy. Pools and hot tubs were nice (adult and non-adult). Our favorite restaurant was Centro but Prado had a good vibe (Crave was great for a quick coffee/snack). If you go be sure to take advantage of gelato happy hour. Most of the resort had a great view as well.

It was best little experience of the desert. Cute because you can get around by golf cart. We had a great dinner with great service
