Zona Sul Romantic Vacations

The only slight issue we encountered during our stay was one of the two panoramic lifts wasn’t working and it was taking a while to get from one floor to another. We have enjoyed our one night stay and wish we had more time to explore the property ( our flight to GRU was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 8:20pm).

Fantastic service and a wonderful hotel as well! Lots of nice amenities. 6 stars

The hotel was amazing. Great amenities and convenient location. The staff was phenomenal. They were incredibly hospitable and professional. Staff members Lucas and Carlos were knowledgeable about hotel offerings and created a wonderful dining experience.

This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Clean room, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and attention. Downside: I had dinner last night! It was the worst spaghetti I had ever eaten!

The room was very clean! We stayed for a night only, my only complaint is check in was not smooth, if you are a foreigner and your spouse is Brazilian or another nationality it gets very confusing and annoying.
