This stuff is so nice room is all every day clean it breakfast is very good. We really appreciated with them.

The room was very tidy and valet staff were very friendly. At check in I wasn’t well informed about the property and I had to find it myself. Other than that great hotel.

I stayed here for 3 nights just one week before Christmas and I was stunned by how beautiful the festive decorations were in the lobby area. The hotel itself is spacious, beautifully furnished, and the food at the 3 restaurants is excellent. The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail hour at the Club Lounge was also excellent. The staff were efficient, courteous and always smiling. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was decent. The staff training needs Improvement. The person at the recption did not get my credit card info. This led to multiple phone calls by the managament without checking with the reception. It was very annoying.
