We had a fantastic experience staying here. The absolute highlight of my stay was the amazing breakfast. There was an incredible variety of delicious options, and everything tasted fresh and high-quality. Beyond the food, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend staying here, if only for the breakfast alone! I will definitely be back.

Overall - service is okay… Areas for improvement: - Mosquito spray in rooms daily and around site. - Food menu should vary - same food daily is uneatable. - Shuttle bus service should be free throughout the day. - Benches and shelters around the site. - Air conditioning in all areas. - Multi-faith prayer room is a must on site. - Faster check in and check out service. Un véritable havre de paix. La résidence est magnifique, paisible et très bien entretenue. Les jardins sont sublimes. Notre premier réveil a été une véritable déconnexion. Le petit-déjeuner, copieux, au bord de la piscine, dans une ambiance dépaysante et un cadre luxuriant : fabuleux. La visite de nos amis les chats, de quelques lézards et le chant des oiseaux sont un véritable plus. Ils apportent une douce animation et de la vie dans ce cadre si paisible. (Prenez soin d'eux, ils le méritent! Le Maroc a une vision de la cause animale qui ne me sied pas). Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la piscine seuls à plusieurs reprises : quel bonheur ! Les chambres sont idéalement situées au centre de la résidence. Elles sont spacieuses et décorées avec soin, dans un subtil mélange de modernité alliée à la pure tradition marocaine. En réservant, j'espérais tomber sur la chambre "Blue", dont la décoration semblait me plaire le plus, et par chance, ce fut le cas. Un immense merci à toute l'équipe, qui a été réactive, professionnelle et attentionnée tout au long du séjour. Le service de sécurité est poli et discret. Merci à SOFIA, souriante, discrète et d'une grande bienveillance. Merci à NAJAT, une perle rare, passionnée par la cause animale (comme nous), d'une extrême gentillesse. Massages et soins réalisés avec professionnalisme. Notre coup de coeur ! Nous retournerons au Dar Lamia avec grand plaisir, en espérant retrouver tous nos amis les chats.

Our stay at Palais des Princesses was the perfect start to our Marrakech holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning traditional Moroccan architecture, peaceful courtyards, a gorgeous rooftop terrace and a lovely pool that was the perfect temperature to cool down in after a busy day exploring the city. Our room was exceptional – spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, a mini fridge and a smart TV, making it a great place to relax after long days sightseeing. Despite being only a two-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the heart of the Medina, the riad was incredibly peaceful and quiet, providing a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. The location really couldn’t have been better, allowing us to walk to all the main attractions while enjoying the tranquillity of the riad whenever we returned. Exceptional value for money, outstanding hospitality and a truly authentic Moroccan experience. We would highly recommend Palais des Princesses to anyone visiting Marrakech and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything about Riad Le Jardin was perfect! The staff was super-amazing! They were patient, kind, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and humorous! Extra thank you to Abdul, Ahmed, the other young man-Nahjwa?? (Sorry, can’t remember his name! The food was superb! My sister and I will definitely return. We have nothing negative to say about the place and the service. It felt like home!
