My experience of QT was awesome except for terrible broadcast alarm mis-working at 3am…
Super annoying. When I called the hotel staff, he just told me that they will let me know if any situation we need to evacuate. There was no apology nor even just sorry.
System issues sometimes happen that I could understand. The most important thing is how to communicate with their customers. It was 3am, NOT 3pm that happened. I wish it would not repeat.
Aside from that, hotel reception staffs were really friendly and very kind.
Location is superb. Hotel room that I stayed was quite good.
I would like to opt for QT hotel for next my trip with hope of improvement…

チェックアウト前にカードキーが無効になってしまい、部屋に入れなくなってしまいました。数回宿泊していますが、このようなことは初めてでしたので驚きました。系列も変わってオペレーションが変更があるのかもしれませんが今後も利用したいので、対応の改善をお願いしたいです
