"Rooms are very clean with basic facilities, easy stay for travelling or work near by. Food options near by for easy meals are good and the staff easy going and helpful. Would stay here again no problems."

"Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay. Pool was lovely and had a great view. Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...

"I was in Townsville for a business trip. The room was very clean everything smelt fresh. The staff were so helpful and overall the view was amazing from the 13th floor. Had a very relaxing enjoyable stay over the long weekend. Definitely will stay again. "
