Great staff, rooms could use updating and they didn’t really have a quick grab and go breakfast

Not a good gym, very small

The hotel was really nice and most of the staff were super friendly. Though if you have a late event and need to grab something to eat, we would not recommend the market because they ran out of everything and

It was beautiful there, but we didn’t have TV the whole to e we were there and when I called front desk they told me they would fix it and call me back. Never happened. When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main lobby had huge stains on the rugs. Staff was friendly at the front but really wasn’t over the top 5 Star customer service.

Wonderful place to stay!
