Nothing but good on this property, and the fact that its neighbor is a french style coffee shop is a bonus. Central location to Granville Street and others makes it perfect for finding eateries and more. My only complaint is that you need to be tall to access the hotel safes. If they can do something about that .....

“Lighted” mirror in the bathroom did not work. Bathroom sort of small in the standard double queen room, but understandable given the age of the property. Mattresses on both queen beds had major dips on the nightstand side where most people would sleep.
Nice toiletry items. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location.
