Room was clean, staff were amazing, also breakfast was very good.

The lobby is the best part. The bar is the best. I have dignity there. That is the only spot I feel being proud of a Chinese. The white peoples there show great respects for chinese

Hotel was good , surrounding was average.

Clean room. Nicely cleaned each day. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is updated and had nice toiletries.

Excellence in all ways!

The staff was not friendly or helpful upon check in. The photos are nothing like the hotel. The jr suite was a room with a very small side room, no extra desk and sectional. The outlets in the rooms didn’t work. I booked this for a work trip so the extra space to work and outlets were important. The only thing that saved this review for me was the bed was decent. Additionally the windows looked into the center of the building which was trashy and the halls - and eventually my room - smelled like pot. The hotel was old and run down and nothing like I expected when I booked.

All was good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean. The property neat union square in the middle of downtown. I liked the early pre-check and quick room preparation. Thanks guys!
