The hotel was a bit used up. A good updating would make this hotel in such a lovely area a great place to stay.

The views are incredible! Although the rooms are bare minimum and fairly basic, I think the rest of the staff and BOTH pools make up for it. The restaurant food is GREAT and is pricey, but all hotel restaurants are more expensive than eating local. The staff took care of everything for us, from the time they picked us up at the airport. Great for families or couples. There were a lot of kids there but it could’ve been because it was New Years Eve.

A luxurious and wonderful experience! You will be greeted by each and every member of the staff with smiles. We stayed in the overwater villa, and it was an incredible, comfortable, and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

To much deferred maintenance. Clean but needs some maintenance and upgrades. Would not give us a second key to room. Key needs to be in room to keep AC on. No power outlets in bathroom or near bed.
