We had an excellent experience at the Intercontinental Osaka. The staff was amazing - helping with taxis, restaurant reservations and luggage transfer. We loved the area - plenty of dining and shopping in the area and a short walk to the subway. The room was large with a walk-in closet. We enjoyed breakfast - many different options and they assisted with my food allergy. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient. We had a spectacular meal at Teppanyaki. However, the shower pressure was pretty weak. The spa was being cleaned one day and fully booked the next day, so we were disappointed to not be able to use it.
