Sigma Island Romantic Vacations

Overall it was a good stay. I knew that the room wouldn't be very large but it was well organized and clean. Check-in was at 4pm, we arrived about 2pm to drop off our bags and then head out. There was a line the length of the lobby to check-in or check bags and we didn't want to wait to had to haul our bags around the city for a couple of hours before returning. I've stayed in other hotels where there is a dedicated station just for dropping off bags, that would have been helpful. My tv went out one night, just an inconvenience, but I called the front desk, housekeeping, and the bell desk and no one answered. I finally had it fixed but there should have been someone answering phones.

They charge you more money when you show up. “Hotel fees” they call it. Fridge didn’t work. Understaffed so wait times at front desk are long.

We had a wonderful stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Great service. Will come back soon

Friendly and professional staff, Nikki and Lizbeth were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the delicious cappuccino Lizbeth was making for me with her welcoming smile. The room was cleaned the next day and smelled good when we came back. I will for sure stay at this hotel when I come visit my daughter at school.
